I purchased these domains years ago, most in 2007, with the intention of creating a nationwide community of rental owners to positively impact the legislative and social environment that private rental owners operate in.
As so often in life, one idea dies at the hands of another shiny project. I kept paying the domain registration fees for well over a decade because this feels like a project that should be done.
But as I sat here signing the paperwork for another large real estate adventure I said to myself 'If this is AmericanRentalHousing.org is ever going to be a reality, I'll need to partner with someone to make it happen.
Today, more than ever we need to work together to stem the tide of misinformation and misguided legislation that not only harms the property owners, but also makes housing more expensive and less available for good tenants who play by the rules.
